Cost

The cost of the set up is usually £95. There is a monthly fee of £15 per month with a discount if this is paid in advance. The set up fee includes setting the filters to direct the email to the fax, mobile or other email address at various times of the day.

There is a £15 charge if the filter needs changing or you can change it yourself at any time by email for an additional £15 per month. The only other costs are VAT a the call charges when a message is delivered (about 7p).

It is important to bear in mind that these charges are made only when there really are messages to be sent and you may find the total cost is less than with other Internet Service Providers. With other Internet Service Providers, you incur phone costs several times a day when you dial in to check if messages are present; you incur this cost even if no messages are present.

Phone call charges for Rightaway calling your computer or sending faxes are charged at the BT rate plus 25%. If we send your message by normal mail, 25% is added to the 1st or 2nd class postage. Messages to mobile phones and pagers are charged at 10p per message: If you instruct Rightaway to virus-check selected messages, a charge is made, depending on the size of the message to check, of 2p per 100K of data. All charges are subject to VAT
